Joining the Boston National Commercial Services (NCS) operation in 2025, Paula has worked as a real property lawyer since 1999 and in title resolution since 2012. Specializing in title analysis and resolution of both commercial and residential properties, she has represented commercial and residential buyers, sellers, and lenders. Paula knows that identifying a title issue is the first step, but resolving a title issue often requires one to think outside the box to find a creative solution. For that reason, she believes it is imperative to underwrite collaboratively with the client so that so that the client is confident in the resolution, and a trusting relationship is established.

Paula has been a member of Real Estate Bar Association’s Standards and Forms Committee since 2013 and a member of the Abstract Club since 2022. She has published several articles about title resolution in various outlets. Paula is a graduate of Boston College and Villanova University School of Law.
Paula lives in Wayland, Massachusetts. She has three children and a precious granddaughter. Paula loves to read, cook and exercise.
