David Walker is the AVP and National Title Officer for the Boston National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. With over three decades of experience, David underwrites, closes, and insures complex commercial real estate transactions nationwide. His expertise encompasses multifamily, office, industrial, and hospitality properties, managing both single-site and multi-site portfolios with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

David holds a B.S. in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and a Real Estate Finance Certificate from Boston University’s REFA program. He lives in Lynnfield, Massachusetts, with his wife, Suzanne, and enjoys basketball, golf, traveling, and spending time on Cape Cod.
