Mary Donelan-Fields is an Assistant Vice President and Commercial Title Officer for the Boston National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. She supports commercial underwriting from commitment through policy across New England, focusing particularly on complex multifamily and affordable housing transactions.

Mary brings over 20 years of experience to her role. Before joining NCS in 2023, she worked for a national title company underwriting deals across the country and previously led real estate transaction departments at law firms in New England, representing buyers, sellers, and lenders in both residential and commercial closings.
Mary holds a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from Bradford College, where she was a Bradford Merit Scholar, and she earned her Paralegal Certificate from Northeastern University. She resides in Hampton, New Hampshire, and enjoys traveling, coastal living, and New England sports.
