With over three decades of experience, David underwrites, closes, and insures complex commercial real estate transactions nationwide. His expertise encompasses multifamily, office, industrial, and hospitality properties, managing both single-site and multi-site portfolios with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

David holds a B.S. in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and a Real Estate Finance Certificate from Boston University’s REFA program. He lives in Lynnfield, Massachusetts, with his wife, Suzanne, and enjoys basketball, golf, traveling, and spending time on Cape Cod.
